AMENDMENT TO H.R. [XXXX], AS REPORTED

OFFERED BY [NAME OF MEMBER] OF [STATE]

At the end of the bill insert the following:

Sec. [XXX]. None of the funds made available by this or any other Act may be used by the Environmental Protection Agency or the Department of Justice in defending the government’s position in the Pebble Limited Partnership versus Environmental Protection Agency case (Case 3:14-cv-00171-HRH).
