Restore U.S. oversight of Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) functions and the Domain Name System (DNS)

At the end of the bill insert the following:

Sec. [XXX]. Funds made available under this Act shall be used to restore the responsibility of the National Telecommunications and Information Administration with respect to the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority functions, including coordination of the assignment of technical Internet protocol parameters, performance of administrative functions associated with Internet domain name system root zone management, and allocation of Internet numbering resources.
