All departments and agencies must, both retroactively going back to FY 2009 and onward, publicly report to relevant House and Senate committees and submit into a searchable database all lawsuits brought under the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and Endangered Species Act (Public Law 88-206; Public Law 90-148; Public Law 91-604; Public Law 95-95; Public Law 101-549; Public Law 92-500; Public Law 100-4; Public Law 93–205; Public Law 95–632; Public Law 96–159; Public Law 97–304), including all court filings, funds allocated to cases and personnel devoted, in which the government is a party in the lawsuit.
