AMENDMENT TO H.R. [XXXX], AS REPORTED

OFFERED BY [NAME OF MEMBER] OF [STATE]

At the end of the bill insert the following:

Sec. [XXX]. The Department of Housing and Urban Development shall publicly report to relevant House and Senate committees and post on hud.gov every municipality receiving community development block grants 30 days prior to any action being taken under the Fair Housing Act, Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing, or any substantively similar Act or policy.
