AMENDMENT TO H.R. [XXXX], AS REPORTED

OFFERED BY [NAME OF MEMBER] OF [STATE]

At the end of the bill insert the following:

Sec. [XXX]. None of the funds made available under this or any other Act, or any prior Appropriations Act shall be used by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms to issue any to research, draft, propose, or finalize, any executive order, memorandum, rule, regulation, policy, or initiative that prohibits the manufacture, sale, or use of any ammunition for firearms or handguns.

Sec. [XXX]. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms shall use funds to republish, reissue, and physically deliver the 2014 ATF Regulation Guide, including in .pdf format, E-book/iBook format, and printed format to the entire regulated community, including gun manufacturers and shops, and shall use funds to issue notification to media and the entire regulated community of the availability, including hyperlinks, of the corrected 2014 ATF Regulation Guide.
