AMENDMENT TO H.R. [XXXX], AS REPORTED
OFFERED BY [NAME OF MEMBER] OF [STATE] At the end of the bill insert the following:
Sec. [XXX]. The Department of the Interior shall develop and publish on its website a five year plan to transfer to the States 10% of federal lands each year, for each of the five years.
