AMENDMENT TO H.R. [XXXX], AS REPORTED
OFFERED BY [NAME OF MEMBER] OF [STATE]
At the end of the bill insert the following:
Sec. [XXX]. The Government Accountability Office shall use funds to fully audit any for-profit or non-profit entity that has received payments on behalf of the victims of activities for which civil penalties have been imposed under the Federal consumer financial laws, including under Public Law No: 111-203 and 12 U.S. Code § 5497, from the Consumer Financial Civil Penalty Fund or any other fund.
