Directing GSA to dispose of real estate property the government isn’t using

AMENDMENT TO H.R. [XXXX], AS REPORTED

OFFERED BY [NAME OF MEMBER] OF [STATE]

At the end of the bill insert the following:

Sec. [XXX]. (a) The General Services Administration shall spend funds to dispose of all real property held by the U.S. government which has been unused for five or more years.

(b) Notwithstanding any other provision in law the General Services Administration shall make these disposals immediately.
