AMENDMENT TO H.R. [XXXX], AS REPORTED
OFFERED BY [NAME OF MEMBER] OF [STATE]
At the end of the bill insert the following:
Sec. [XXX]. The General Services Administration shall spend funds to dispose of all real property held by the U.S. government which has been unused for five years.
