At the end of the bill insert the following:
Sec. [XXX]. The U.S. Department of Labor shall use funds to within 180 days to repromulgate the following regulations, the Policy Statement Regarding Interpretation of Intermediate Bodies that was published in the Federal Register on January 26, 2007 at 72 Fed. Reg. 3,735, the Form T-1 Final Rule that was published in the Federal Register on October 2, 2008 at 73 Fed. Reg. 57,412, the Form LM-2 and Form LM-3 Final Rule that was published in the Federal Register on January 21, 2009 at 74 Fed. Reg. 3,677, and the Form LM-30 Final Rule that was published in the Federal Register on July 2, 2007 at 72 Fed. Reg. 36,105.
