Defunding the purchase of land by the Interior Department

At the end of the bill insert the following:

Sec. [XXX]. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used by the Bureau of Land Management, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, or the National Park Service, to purchase more land.
