At the end of the bill insert the following:
Sec. [XXX]. None of the funds made available under this or any other Act, or any prior Appropriations Act may be used by the Corporation for National and Community Service to implement or administer the Social Innovation Fund, or any other fund that awards grants community-based non-profit or for-profit organizations focused on youth development, economic opportunity, and healthy futures.
