Defunding funds to community groups to promote food stamps

At the end of the bill insert the following:
Sec. [XXX]. None of the funds made available under this or any other Act, or any prior Appropriations Act may be used to make any grant or loan to any for-profit or non-profit entity to promote the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program.
