Defunding additional national monument designations

AMENDMENT TO H.R. [XXXX], AS REPORTED
OFFERED BY [NAME OF MEMBER] OF [STATE]
At the end of the bill insert the following:
Sec. [XXX]. None of the funds made available by this or any other Act may be used to create any more national monuments under the Antiquities Act of 1906 (Public Law 59-209).
