AMENDMENT TO H.R. [XXXX], AS REPORTED

OFFERED BY [NAME OF MEMBER] OF [STATE]

At the end of the bill insert the following:

Sec. [XXX]. None of the funds made available under this or any other Act, or any prior Appropriations Act may be used to be transferred to the Palestinian National Authority, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, or any state sponsor of terrorism designated by the Secretary of State Section 6(j) of the Export Administration Act (50 U.S.C. App. § 2405), Section 40(d) of the Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. §2780(d)), and section 620A of the Foreign Assistance Act (22 U.S.C. § 2371).
