Defunding OSHA Expansion of Joint Employer Standard

At the end of the bill insert the following:
Sec. [XXX]. None of the funds made available by this or any other Act may be used to
(1.) expand the standard for determining liability as joint employers under the Occupational Safety and Health Act; or
(2.) in any manner attempt to find that a joint employment relationship exists between a franchisor and a franchisee so that both entities are liable as employers under the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
