At the end of the bill insert the following:
Sec. [XXX]. None of the funds made available by this or any other Act may be used by the National Labor Relations Board to enforce the Final Rule published by it in the Federal Register on December 14, 2014 at 79 Fed. Reg. 74,308, titled, Representation—Case Procedures.
