At the end of the bill insert the following:
Sec. [XXX]. None of the funds made available under this or any other Act, or any prior Appropriations Act may be used by the Social Security Administration to provide new Social Security accounts and cards to anyone who receives deferred action immigration status as a result of the Administration’s actions on June 15, 2012 and November 20, 2014.
