AMENDMENT TO H.R. [XXXX], AS REPORTED

At the end of the bill insert the following:
Sec. [XXX]. None of the funds made available by this or any other Act may be used by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to use statistical analyses of the race, color, religion, sex, or national origin of the employees of an employer when investigating whether that employer is in compliance with the standards applicable to that employer under any statute or regulation enforced by the Commission.
Sec. [XXX]. None of the funds made available by this or any other Act may be used by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to use statistical analyses of the race, color, religion, sex, or national origin of the employees of an employer, in an attempt to obtain a settlement, or any other enforcement action against an employer for an alleged violation of the standards applicable to that employer under any statute or regulation enforced by the Commission.
Sec. [XXX]. None of the funds made available by this or any other Act may be used by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to use statistical analyses of the race, color, religion, sex, or national origin of the employees of an employer, in any report published by the Commission.
