Defund EPA rules on burning wood

AMENDMENT TO H.R. [XXXX], AS REPORTED
OFFERED BY [NAME OF MEMBER] OF [STATE]
At the end of the bill insert the following:
Sec. [XXX]. None of the funds made available by this or any other Act may be used by the Environmental Protection Agency to enforce the “New Source Performance Standards for Residential Wood Heaters” (79 FR 6329) or any other rule that that restricts the use of wood burning as a heat source, fireplaces, and for cooking.
