At the end of the bill insert the following:
Sec. [XXX]. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms shall use funds to purchase and physically post a copy of the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution in a conspicuous location at every agency office location nationwide.
