Restarting low-income tax preparation services

AMENDMENT TO H.R. [XXXX], AS REPORTED
OFFERED BY [NAME OF MEMBER] OF [STATE]
At the end of the bill insert the following:
Sec. [XXX]. Shall use funds appropriated to the Taxpayer Services account to provide low-income tax preparation services at Internal Revenue Service walk-in Tax Assistance Centers.
Sec. [XXX]. None of the funds made available by this or any other Act may be used to divert funds from the Taxpayer Services account intended for low-income tax preparation services at Internal Revenue Service walk-in Tax Assistance Centers to any outside community service group or any other non-governmental organization.
