Reporting on tuition inflation caused by student loan and financial aid programs

At the end of the bill insert the following:

Sec. [XXX]. The Department of Education shall publicly report to relevant House and Senate committees and post on ed.gov on the impact of student loans and Pell grants on the costs of higher education tuition.
