Reporting on the human rights records of members of the UN Human Rights Committee

AMENDMENT TO H.R. [XXXX], AS REPORTED

At the end of the bill insert the following:

Sec. [XXX]. The State Department shall issue a public report to be posted on its website about the human rights records, including women’s rights and gay rights, of members of the United Nations Human Rights Council.
