Reporting on federal employees delinquent in paying taxes

AMENDMENT TO H.R. [XXXX], AS REPORTED
OFFERED BY [NAME OF MEMBER] OF [STATE]
At the end of the bill insert the following:
Sec. [XXX]. The Internal Revenue Service shall issue a public report to be posted on its website that lists the names of all federal employees who are delinquent in their federal taxes.
