Reporting on all federal government litigation against state and local governments

AMENDMENT TO H.R. [XXXX], AS REPORTED

At the end of the bill insert the following:

Sec. [XXX]. All departments and agencies must, both retroactively going back to FY 2009 and onward, publicly report to relevant House and Senate committees and submit into searchable database all lawsuits against state and local governments, including all court filings, funds allocated to cases and personnel devoted.
