At the end of the bill insert the following:

Sec. [XXX]. For nuclear waste disposal activities to carry out the purposes of the Nuclear Waste Policy Act of 1982 (Public 18 Law 97-425), including the acquisition of real property or facility construction or expansion, $150,000,000, to remain available until expended, and to be derived from the Nuclear Waste Fund, to fully fund Yucca Mountain.
