Defunding to all regulations mandating disclosure of the solutions used in fracking

At the end of the bill insert the following:

Sec. [XXX]. None of the funds made available under this or any other Act, or any prior Appropriations Act may be used to implement, administer, or enforce the proposed rule entitled, “Oil and Gas; Hydraulic Fracturing on Federal and Indian Lands,” (43 CFR Part 3160; RIN 1004-AE26) or any substantively similar rule.
