AMENDMENT TO H.R. [XXXX], AS REPORTED

At the end of the bill insert the following:
Sec. [XXX]. None of the funds made available under this or any other Act, or any prior Appropriations Act may be used to implement the Independent Payments Advisory Board under 42 U.S. Code § 1395kkk. Nor shall any funds made available by this Act be used to implement, administer, or enforce any rule made pursuant to 42 U.S. Code § 1395kkk.
