Defunding the $100 billion credit line, the new arrangements to borrow, to the International Monetary Fund

AMENDMENT TO H.R. [XXXX], AS REPORTED

At the end of the bill insert the following:

Sec. [XXX]. None of the funds made available under this or any other Act, or any prior Appropriations Act may be used to make any loan or any other financial transaction under 22 U.S.C. § 286e–2(a)(2), 22 U.S.C. § 286e–2(a)(3), and 22 U.S.C. § 286e–2(b)(2), and all unobligated funds appropriated under 22 U.S.C. § 286e–2(a)(2), 22 U.S.C. § 286e–2(a)(3), and 22 U.S.C. § 286e–2(b)(2) are hereby rescinded.
