AMENDMENT TO H.R. [XXXX], AS REPORTED

At the end of the bill insert the following:
Sec. [XXX]. None of the funds made available under this or any other Act, or any prior Appropriations Act may be used to implement, administer, or enforce any rule in the execution of 42 U.S.C. § 7545 requiring that ethanol be included in the blending of gasoline for commercial sale.
