Defunding any lawsuits against state voter ID laws

At the end of the bill insert the following:

Sec. [XXX]. None of the funds made available under this or any other Act, or any prior Appropriations Act may be used to carry forth any litigation against of state voter identification laws by the Voting Rights Division or any other part of the U.S. Justice Department.
