Defunding any and all contact and coordination with the Southern Poverty Law Center

At the end of the bill insert the following:

Sec. [XXX]. (a) None of the funds made available under this or any other Act, or any prior Appropriations Act, may be provided to the Southern Poverty Law Center, or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, allied organizations, or successors.

(b) None of the funds made available by this or any other Act may be used to communicate with or in any other way coordinate any activities with the Southern Poverty Law Center.
