Defunding States that Demand Nonprofit Donor Information

At the end of the bill insert the following:

Sec. [XXX]. None of the funds made available by this or any other Act may be used for any contract, grant, or other type of financial assistance to any State or political subdivision of any State that has any law, regulation, or policy requiring tax-exempt organizations to disclose to that State or any political subdivision of that State, or in any other way disseminate, donor information or any other information that is protected from disclosure by Section 6103 of the Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C. § 6103.
