Defunding OFCCP disparate impact analysis

At the end of the bill insert the following:

Sec. [XXX]. None of the funds made available by this or any Act may be used by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs to use statistical analyses of the race, color, religion, sex, or national origin of the employees of an employer when investigating whether that employer is in compliance with the standards applicable to that employer under Executive Order 11246, as amended, and the statutes enforced by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance.

Sec. [XXX]. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs to use statistical analyses of the race, color, religion, sex, or national origin of the employees of an employer, in an attempt to obtain a settlement, or any other enforcement action against an employer for an alleged violation of the standards applicable to that employer under Executive Order 11246, as amended, and the statutes enforced by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance.
