Defunding Davis-Bacon Act prevailing wage requirements

At the end of the bill insert the following:

Sec. [XXX]. None of the funds made available by this or any other Act may be used to implement, administer, or enforce the prevailing rate of wage requirements in subchapter IV of chapter 31 of title 40, United States Code (commonly referred to as the Davis-Bacon Act).
